Tourist Tax

3.00 Euro per person per night; children younger than 15 years do not have to pay the tourist tax (2024: year of birth 2009 and younger). Beginning from 01 November 2024 the tourist tax will be 5.00 Euro/person/night.

Reservations

A valid reservation of one of our apartments is only given after you have received a confirmation (via e-mail). Normally, a pre-payment is necessary. The respective height of the pre-payment will be communicated. In case of any fees, which are caused by foreign currency transactions to us, such charges/fees will have to be paid by the remitter/guests.

Arrival and Departure

The apartments are ready for check-in from 4 pm at the day of arrival. If you would like to check-in after 8 pm, please send us an information, so that we can organize everything accordingly.
At the day of departure, the latest time of check-out is 9 am, so that we have enough time to clean the apartments and make them ready for the next guests.

Payment

The payment of the full price should be paid at the last day of your stay at the latest (in cash). Cash-card-payments are not possible.

Smoker/Non-Smoker

In our apartments it is not allowed to smoke. The respective terraces and balconies are therefore equipped with ashtrays.

Pets

In our apartments no pets are allowed (due to other guests and possible allergies).

Cancellations

The respective GTCs of the hotel industry are valid.

Final cleaning

The one-time-fee for the final cleaning of the apartment depends on the apartment. The respective height of the fee is given in the offer.

Ski room

We offer the use of our ski depot for free. The boot dryer can be used for free as well.

Garbage separation

Please sort out your garbage according to the different containers and their labelling.

Right of access for landlord

The landlord has the right to enter the apartments at any time in order to avoid damages of any kind. For instance, the landlord is allowed to enter the rooms (also in absence of the tenants) to air the rooms in order to avoid damages because of too high humidity (shown by water condensation at windows, etc.).

Others

In case of any damages caused to our furniture/equipment, the damage has to be paid (costs that are necessary to get back the respective status-quo).
